Hot TV Chicks from the 70's
April 12th 2010 03:26
OK - so prattle off a few iconic programs from the 70s and there's no doubt a common thread when it comes to most - an obligatory hot chick!
So what if Baywatch had 'Pammy' - the 70's had Daisy Duke and Mary Ann from Gilligans Island.
Think Charlies Angels were hot? Well how about Susan Dey from the Partridge Family - who had a fan club almost as large as David Cassidy!
Throw in Marcia Brady (Maureen McCormack), Erin Moran (not quite your hottie but a teen fringe dweller) and Melissa Sue Anderson from Little House on the Prairie - and you six of the top ten hotties from the 70's as far as fan mail goes at least.
To refresh you memories here's a few shots of the aforementioned hotties and what they look like now.
Feel free to throw in your nominees.

There should be some kind of warning before that Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke) shot...still I'm sure she is a wonderful woman
For me the tops were 70's contenders would be:
Linda Carter (Wonder Woman)
Erin Gray (Wilma on Buck Rogers)
Anne Lockhart (Sheba on Battlestar Galactica)
Pam Dawber (Mindy on Mork and Mindy)
Please don't make me see what they look like now!

Good to hear from you old boy! Pam Dawber - now there's a blast from the past - scares me a little too think about what kind of skin she and your other nominees are walking around in as well. I can feel cats cringing now as the curiousity wells up inside the bad MNG . . .

I worked with Lee Majors on a forgettable attempt at a career comeback, and I must say, although Farrah was gorgeous, her taste in men was dubious!
And poor Farrah was forgotten at the Oscars memorium, very bad form indeed.
My personal fave, Yvonne de Carlo, Mortica Adams!
cheers
