I Wish My Life Was An 80s Soundtrack

Where you already know that it's going to be a bad hair day virtually before you've put a foot on the ground?
And you know what the day is about to bring when your toast falls butter side down just as you realise your about to miss your bus?
Welcome world to today!
Now some would put it down to karma. Some would say it's 'just one of those things' and some would look on the bright side and simply keep mumbling, 'things have gotta get better'.
Well, I fall into all three categories really.
I tend to wonder what I've done to deserve the wrath of the pyschology gods, justify that it's probably nothing and that these things befall all of us and that surely things must get better as the day goes on.
So as an idle mind is the devils workshop - lucifer got his hands dirty this morning nutting out how all this would have featured if played out on an 80s soundtrack of my life.
So with apologies to my colleague for stealing any of their thunder over at Back to the Eighties thought the following just about sums up the day to date.
