Quite possibly the one of the most overused words (well next to Love I guess) ever used in song titles.
Just off the top of my head there's Baby-Baby-Baby by TLC, Baby Baby - Amy Grant, I Got You Babe - Sonny and Cher - Styx, Baby, It's You - Promises, Baby Love - Supremes
Baby Come Back - Player, Baby I'm-A Want You - Bread, Baby I Need Your Lovin - Four Tops, Baby One More Time - Britney Spears, Don't Worry Baby - Beach Boys - but I'm sure there's heaps of others.

As far as current pop music is concerned Mark Dinning can take the blame with Teen Angel back in 1960 me thinks . . . though there was flood of a performers in the late 40's and 50's who also coined the phrase.
