HELP Wanted - I need some feel good songs!

July 28th 2009 01:21
Everyone has one of 'those' days - but when 'those' days extends into one of 'those' weeks and then months - you need something to pull you out of what can quickly become something more sinister.

Outside interests, the occassional chat with friends and new projects are of course all part and parcel of keeping things on a relatively even keel - however on a day to day basis - nothing beats music to left lift the emotional tone of your day.

The need to read and listen to what's going on in the world is of course mandatory - but I finding more an more people need to find a way to motivate and inspire for a day at the 'coal face' and getting into that pscyhe through music.

Let's recount the CD I listened to this morning for example which including The Tourists, ELO, The Cars, The Beatles, Night and this little gem from way back when.

But what songs lift you up - what songs make you feel good and help you rise above the daily grind?

Mr. Nice Guy, in this case, I would recommend you to listen, "Wham! - Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go". I loved this song very much, I listened to it, especially when I'm having a bad day!
