As 2010 approaches and the silly season moves into full swing - who in your opinion will be the first celebrity casualty of the New Year as far as scandal is concerned?
It appears Charlie Sheen has gone a little early in his bid to claim the title again - while all's quiet on the Lindsay Lohen front.
Good money is on the celeb who isn't really - Paris Hilton. Though late mail is that Jennifer Anniston is the 'snappers' choice for being photographed in a less than glamourous fashion or with a 'mystery' man as they leave some NY nightclub.
