Unexplained Time Traveller in Chaplin Movie
October 28th 2010 23:58
Has anyone seen this mysterious clip of a so-called 'time traveller' in one of Charlile Chaplin's early films?
To date there's been no rational explanation - and it appears not to be a hoax.
Film experts and sceptics alike have put forward theories ranging from a practical joke by far sighted producers and directors to elaborate tampering of the clip.
Having never seen the original movie - The Circus - I can nether confirm nor deny the latter claim - so I will leave the speculation up to you.

QUOTE ME NO QUOTES!
my guess is, it is not a "time traveller" as such, but a "visitor" to our planet...
The idea that alien races have just arrived in the last 50 years is naive, most likely they have been amongst us, at one point or other, since the 'creation' of man..

Only if you assume it's a phone is any of it inexplicable. Sure, it's a bit odd that she's apparently talking to no one in particular, but mental disease is timeless...
