With Christmas now just a distant memory and Easter still too far away to be considered a genuine break – thought it would be a good time to find out which 5 songs you consider to be best representative of the holiday mood.

Perhaps Mariah Carey’s - All I Want For Christmas Is You – would make it to the top of your list or perhaps Cliff Richard’s – Summer Holiday, maybe even Boney M’s – Hooray Hooray – It’s A Holi Holiday?

Perhaps you’ve other ideas – like Billy Thorpe’s – It’s Almost Summer or Loverboy’s 80’s hit – Workin for the Weekend?

Whatever it is – brighten up our Monday and have your say.

Nice suggestions.

Kokomo is one song that everyone can sing along to and never sound out of tune - or perhaps I'm just tone deaf and everybody sounds good.

My gig enters its second night tomorrow night - then away for a week on day job duties.

Then back for a month before heading Stateside for a bit - then hopefully it will be all systems go through to the end of the year.

As for the station - watch this space . . . but I can say it's FM - sorry for being a little coy so early - but I will divulge shortly.

Oh What a Night - Four Seasons.........although it does conjure up some memories I would rather forget.......it pumps the holiday vibe for me, big time!!

Key Largo - ouch . . . is that the song from 1982 or there abouts - bit of a one hit wonder - perhaps I've got the wrong one. Funny how different songs affect different people huh?

The Pina Colada song . . . now there's one for the books - even my eldest daughter likes that one.
