Cinematic Crimes - Movies That Are Just Plain Wrong!
December 8th 2010 05:53
OK - so I'm not a bee's backside as far as passing any real judgement let alone critical acclaim when it comes to the world of celluloid - and frankly remain in awe of the passion and knowledge the likes of Jason King, Bryn, John Doe and Matt Shea exude through their outstanding sites.
But really people - there are just some films which should never (and I mean NEVER) have been made.
Now which films you feel fit the bill will of course be an individual choice - but having just been subjected to one of the great atrocities of the modern era - I felt compelled at least to share a clip from this gem with all of you - and for which I'm most apologetic.
Oh, just in case you're after some genuine insights, honest, unabashed reviews not too mention a creative pool of not too shoddy writers, check out the following:

So, I'm curious, what are is/are the chief reason(s) you think A Clockwork Orange should not have been made ...?
Thank you for the praise and link!
BTW, you know I've never seen Grease ... let alone Grease 2. I wonder if Michelle Pfeiffer discretely leaves it off her resume?

Will check out the link.
And as far as compliments go - it's justly deserved.

I guess the image caught your attention - huh?
That said, it was purely for illustrative purposes and would NOT be lumped into this murky group.
No worries about the link either - it's my pleasure.

I only now saw the url name of "great hollywood movies" ... quite a contrast to "cinematic crimes" ... I'm a little confused. Not really.

Film & TV on DVD
As for the cinematic crimes, I think Forrest Gump trumps all but Pretty Woman is close too
