Radio: Talkback or Music?
December 19th 2008 00:30
As a serial button pusher - the presets on the car radio get more of a workout than your average gym junkie.
Now - it's not as if I don't have my favourites - but depending on the day of the week, the weather, the axis to which the Earth is tilted toward the stars - will determine whether or not I subject myself to shock jock talkback, informed commentary or the pot pourie of music which finds its way into the cosmos and into my speakers.
Of course - I could (and sometimes do) simply reach for a CD - when it call becomes too difficult - for the sake of the discussiion are you a talkback or music junkie?

. . . and don't you just love the shock jocks who have either a left/right wing bent about their so-called independent commentary. There's even a guy here in Sydney who has been on late night's forever who platforms on conspiracy theories . . .
Who knows - perhaps there's even subliminal messages in the music
Wishing you all the best for the festive season
