Hail The Unknown Pop Star

The name Tony Burrows probably doesn’t mean to much to too many, but listen to his music and you’ll realise why this British session singer has been credited with singing lead on hit singles for more groups than any other recording artist in history.
Originally a member of The Kestrels, Burrows joined a number of fairly non-descript bands in the 60’s and 70’s – but through his unique adaptive harmonies – pulled each up by the proverbial bootstraps into not only the Top 10 in both the US and UK but No.1 on several occassions.
With a total of four certified hits plus a Top 20 in the US, he may be music's most prolific "one-hit wonder
