According to news this morning Sony has started restoring its troubled PlayStation Network in parts of the world - great news unless you happen to live in Japan.
The Japanese Government says Sony does not have permission to reactive the network there until it proves that it has boosted security.
The PlayStation Network was shut down almost a month agio after an attack which saw the personal information of more than 77 million people - yes 77,000,000 compromised.
An attack on another Sony database around the same time affected an additional 24 million accounts.
Sony says it has started bringing the PlayStation Network back online in the US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
