My Favourite TV cop is . . .

Cops are Tops!
Remember Kojak? How about Starsky and Hutch? Or the entire team from Hill Street Blues?

Throw in Adam 12, 21 Jump Street, Baretta, CHiPs, Ellery Queen, Mod Squad and Police Woman and you have a weekend's view right there!

Add a dose of SWAT, TJ Hooker, Miami Vice and The Bill - and you start to scratch the surface of how many TV cops we've come to know and love over four decades.


Why even todays CSI crew would probably go close to standing toe to toe with Jack Lord, Danno and Chin Ho from Hawaii 5-0 when it comes to solving crimes.

Perhaps . . .

So look out Robert Taylor!

I was always partial to teh partneship of Michael Douglas and Karl Malden on The Streets of San Francisco
