TV's Leading Men
November 4th 2010 03:58
When you think of leading men - it's a fair bet that the majority of people immediately think of iconic big screen leads from Cary Grant to Jimmy Stewart, Humphrey Bogart to Steve McQueen.
But what those largely unsung front men of television?
OK - so perhaps we couldn't quite class Mike Brady from the Brady Bunch or Fred McMurray from My Three Sons as 'lead men' in the same breath we categorise Charlton Heston or even David Niven - but none the less, you get the gist of my line of questioning.
So whether you think Bill Cosby or Bruce Willis rate as a couple of your favourite tv lead men or Mark Harmon as agent Gibbs outshines Tom Selleck in Magnum PI then I would be keen to know.

I, myself, fell in love with the man when he appeared in TV thrillers like 'Deadly Intentions'.
And that was long before James Cameron found him and turned him into Kyle Reece/ Lt.Coffey/ Corporal Hicks.
I heart Michael Biehn. That's all I'm saying.
