Myths and Urban Legends
June 4th 2010 07:39
Remember the story about the dear old grandmother who put her wet cat in the microwave to dry?
Or perhaps the one about the boy who was playing with his hamster in the basement of his house just before the carpet man came to put new carpet down?
Tales abound in the urban legend dept that are either hysterically beyond belief, have a semblance of truth or (in our mind at least) are completely and utterley beyond reproach because a 'mate told me'.
OK - so maybe Al Gore and Global Warming doesn't quite fit the bill (or does it?) but if you want to check out a few of the wilder myths over more recent times why not check out this link
Check out a few more clasics by clicking here
And enjoy your weekend folks.
